I know I mentioned it before but I LOVE the fall here in Vegas. We went to Williams Sonoma last night and they have the pumpkin pecan quick bread in stock. I was so excited. We got some of course and made cookies out of it and the house smelled AMAZING!! I highly recommend it.
Mix 1 bag of the quick bread with 1 1/2 sticks melted butter and an egg. Make your cookies and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. You can also buy the pumpkin butter to use with them. If you choose, make a thumb print in the center of each cookie before you bake then fill the dot with the pumpkin butter once they cool.
I am also really excited about the new fall TV shows coming out this month. Here are a few of the new ones Danny and I want to try out along with our regular returning favorites like "The Office" and my "Dancing With the Stars"
