Starting with Danny, he is now a 3rd year med student:) He is anxiously awaiting his board scores. These 2 tests scores determine what type of residency he qualifies for. (what type of doctor he will be) They are super important!! I am so glad they are over so we can hang out again:) Now starts his clinical rotations. He has pediatrics starting Tuesday. He knows nothing about kids so it should be interesting. He told me he has to study up this weekend.
As most know, I am 22 weeks pregnant with our baby boy! Joseph Fletcher Morris is to arrive 1/3/10. I am hoping for 12/20/09. I want to have him home to snuggle by the Christmas tree! Our luck, he will come Christmas day. I have had 3 different ultrasound techs tell me how stubborn he is so I am sure he will come when he is good and ready. He hates having his picture made and never cooperates. He better get over that having me and my mama around:) His furniture is here and his room is coming together. My Pop was here for the past 5 days and we got a lot done! I can't wait to see his bedding my mother in law is sewing for him. I know it is going to be adorable. I am having a GREAT time shopping for baby clothes. He has a closet full already. Danny is not supportive of my new habit:) I have tried to explain that it is not like an adult that wears the same thing for a long time. He still doesn't quite understand that Fletcher will grow extremely fast and need different sizes. He will learn soon enough. We also differ in our baby clothes taste. I told him I get 2 years to dress him like a little boy then he has the rest of his life to dress like a man. So far, I am winning:)
Overall, life in Vegas is going great for us. The fall is coming and we couldn't be happier. It is our FAVORITE time of year out here. The weather is wonderful and football games are on all weekend.
